Project description
The Ecosyn project aims to provide botanical information in a tailor made and accessible way to policy makers, foresters and researchers. It focusses on the high forest of the Upper Guinea forest block, stretching from Senegal to Togo. Ecosyn is a collaboration project between Wageningen University, the Netherlands, and the University of Cocody, Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire, in close partnership with other institutes in Europe and West Africa.
